I can honestly say I Love Kickboxing Winston-Salem, NC has been an awesome experience and a great Stress Reliever. The staff has been amazing they're truly friendly and a major support system to push you whether you're new or seasoned. I love how clean and organized they keep the entire studio and offer sanitizers for your gloves to combat germs and bacteria. The first 15 minutes is what pushes you to your limit and it's worth every push, the workouts are full body in my opinion and you're going to sweat. I've lost some weight but I've gained muscle as well, I've gotten stronger and my technique is getting better also. I've been a member for two months now. My motivation is ME; I want to live a healthier and stronger life and have a good mental space in the process. Therefore, I tell, share and recommend everyone to at least try I Love Kickboxing Winston-Salem, NC, because it only took one time for me and now I'm hooked.

This place is awesome! The staff is wonderful! Always call you by name and make you feel like part of a family. The workout is intense but soooooo much fun! When you leave you can't wait to go back. I've only been going 4 weeks and can tell a big difference in strength, flexibility, and the way my clothes fit. You need to try this place!

I absolutely love ilovekickboxing! It is the best cardio workout I have ever done, and the classes and instructors are amazing. They are always there to help and push you to do your best, even when you think you can’t they don’t let you quit, they motivate you to try harder and be your best. I have tried other workouts and nothing beats ILKB!

This by far is the best workout place that I have been to locally. The accountability, the workout, the cardio, and the fun. The staff and the atmosphere is amazing. You feel like a valued member and not just a dollar sign. Definitely worth the investment.

I love this place. Everyone is so positive and helpful. You stay encouraged through the whole class and you have fun! Amazing workout. Great people to be around! I love going back!

If you are ready for a healthy lifestyle change and looking for and exciting fitness journey, this is the place for you. My commitment level to a healthier me has not wavered since joining I Love Kickboxing-Winston-Salem. I thoroughly enjoy coming to class because I am having fun while benefiting from a great cardio and strength training workout. I am also more conscientious about what I put into my body. These things are assisting me in meeting my weight and overall wellness goals. The instructors are encouraging, and their passion and excitement is palpable. I also appreciate the fact that the owners are present and take a true interest the lives of the members and visitors.

The instructors, the manager, and the owners are some of the most incredible and motivational people to be around. I'm so lucky to have come across ILKB, it has really changed my life for the better. Whether you are having a bad day and need to let off some steam, or had a great day and go in there and have an amazing workout, you leave feeling amazing each time. Thank you ILKB!

This is a total body workout! The staff is very helpful and will assist with anything you need. I love it!

I'm so happy they brought ILKB to Winston area. I'm a proud member to a company that helped me transform my lifestyle to a much healthier and active one. I'm thankful for the staff and variety of workouts offered not to mention the amazing swag shop!

The staff here are amazing and supportive. They are always pushing you to do your best at the most fun and intense work out. They are always welcoming and treat you like family.

I am so happy that I tried this place out! It is an awesome workout with energetic and supportive trainers. The classes fly by because they are so much fun and everyone encourages each other with positive energy. This studio is a wonderful place to workout and I am now hooked on kickboxing!

Classes are Amazing! So much fun and energy! The instructors are great and knowlegable about fitness and how to push you to achieve your goals. So glad they came to town!

This is the BEST cardio I’ve ever done - TOTAL SWEATFEST! I have already lost several inches and feel so much stronger. This studio has amazing classes and a very energetic staff that will not hesitate to push you to your limits to help you reach your fitness goals! They are amazing and I will definitely be back!
